Distort House : Indonesia, Jakarta : जगावेगळे घरकुल

इंडोनेशियातील जकार्ता येथे हे घरकुल २०१० मध्ये ३०० चौ. मी. क्षेत्रफळाच्या प्लाँटवर उभारण्यात आलं. या प्रकल्पावर TWS and Partners या आर्किटेक्ट टीमने काम पाहिले आहे. उतरत्या चपराच हे घरकुल बघताक्षनिच प्रेमात पडाव असा आहे. जकार्ताच्या दक्षिणेला वन विभागाच्या परिसरात हे घरकुल बांधण्यात आलं आहे. घरासमोर सार्वजनिक बाग़ असून तेथे जुनी झाडे दिमाखाने उभी आहेत. आजुबाजूला खुपशी हिरवळ असल्याने परिसर छान वाटतो. समोर मोकळी जागा असल्याने घर चटकन एखाद्याच्या नजरेत येतं. शिवाय खुलेपणा अधिक असल्याने खेळती हवा घरात शिरण्यास वाव मिळाला आहे. प्रायव्हसी जपणा-या खोलीची रचना वरच्या मजल्यावर करण्यात आली आहे. वरच्या मजल्यावरून बाहेरचे सृष्टिसौंदर्य ब-यापैकी न्याहाळता येण्याची मस्त सोय झाली आहे. आजुबाजूला असणा-या झाडांमुळे घरात ब-यापैकी गारवा राहण्यास मदत झाली आहे. खालच्या मजल्यावर बाहेरच्या पाहुण्यांची व ख़ास गेस्ट्ची वर्दळ लक्षात घेता इथे खुली जागा अधिक ठेवण्यात आली आहे. या मजल्यावर प्रशस्त अशी बिनभिंतिची living room रचण्यात आली आहे. इथ छोटं living room पाहुण्यांसाठी वेगळं रचण्यात आलं आहे. कुटुंबियांना या रूममध्ये बसून पुन्हा वरच्या मजल्यावरील bed room मधील व्यक्तिंशी संपर्क साधता येणं शक्य झालं आहे.

या घराच्या बांधकामात नैसर्गिक तत्वांचा वापर खुबीने करून घेण्यात आला आहे. काही बाबतीत recylced material चा ही वापर करून घेण्यात आलाय. वापरात आलेल्या लाकडी खिड्क्यांचा पुन्हा वापर करण्यात आला आहे. या खिडक्यांना पारदर्शक काचा बसवण्यात आल्या आहेत. कॉलम्स आणि बीम्स नैसर्गिक काँक्रिटच्या रूपात ठेवले आहेत. भिंती पांढ-या रंगात आहेत. लाकडी उतरते छप्पर घराची शान वाढवण्यास मदत करतात त्यावरच टोराकोटच्या टाइल्स पर्यावरणद्रृष्ट्या उपयुक्त ठरल्या आहेत. छोट्या छिद्रांमुळे वातावरण नियंत्रित होण्यास मदत झाली आहे. रिसायकल्ड पोलादाचा वापर समोरच्या गेटसाठी वापरण्यात आलाय. अशा प्रकारच्या रिसायकल्ड घटकांचा घराच्या बांधकामात सही वापर करून घेण्यात आल्याने घर अधिक पर्यावरणपुरक झालं आहे. समोरून हे घर कौलारू स्वरूपाचं आहे. टिपिकल भारतीय पद्धतीचं हे घरकुल वाटतं. दरवाजात पावसाचं पाणी पडू नये म्हणून कौलारू स्वरूपाचा भाग थोड़ा जास्त पुढे आणण्यात आला आहे. शिवाय घराला लागून असणारी जमिनीला योग्य असा उतार देण्यात आला आहे. घरासमोर मोकळी जागा असून तिथे लाँन आहे समोर आणि आजुबाजूस झाडेही लावलेली आहेत. प्रकाशयोजना इतकी सुरेख आहे की रात्रिच्यावेळी घर दिव्यांच्या प्रकाशात उजळून निघतं. हॉल खूपच प्रशस्त असा आहे. या हाँलमध्ये नेहमीच्या खिडक्या वापरण्यापेक्षा छताला टेकणा-या खुल्या काचेच्या खिडक्या आहेत. ठराविक ठिकाणी वारा येण्यासाठी लाकडी दरवाजे त्यात बसवण्यात आले आहेत. जिन्यातून वर चढताना भिंतितल्या छिद्रांमुळे उजेड आत येत असल्याने वेगळ्या प्रकाशदिव्याची गरज इथे भासत नाही.

वरच्या मजल्यावर पोचताक्षणिच समोर भिंतीवर छानसं पेंटिंग्ज दिसतं. इतर खोल्यांना पोहचवणारी लाँबी खूपच हवेशीर आणि प्रशस्त आहे. लाँबीत भिंती पांढ-या रंगातल्या असून सीलिंग लाइटची योजना आहे. हाँलमध्ये एक सोफा आहे. आरामदायी खुर्चीची मांडणी शिवाय समोर दोन छोटी कार्पेटसही आहेत सोफ्याच्या बाजुला इकोफ्रेंडली स्वरूपाचे झाडाच्या बुंध्यापासून तयार छानसा लँप आहे. घराच्या बाहेर व्हरांड्यात बैठकिचे नियोजन करण्यात आले आहे. तिथे मस्त मऊसूत कार्पेटवर आरामदाई खुर्ची ठेवण्यात आली आहे. समोर फ्लोअर लँप आहेच शिवाय बाजुला इकोफ्रेंडली टेबल आहे. घराची रचना खूपच कल्पकपणे करण्यात आली आहे.

अंतर्गत असो की बाह्यभाग कलात्मक टच देण्याचे काम आर्किटेक्ट टीमने केले आहे. घराच्या रचनेत घराबाहेर आजुबाजूला जिथे मोकळी जागा राहिली आहे तिथे छोटी रोपटी लावण्यात आली आहेत. दरवाज्यात बाग़, बाजुला कार ठेवण्यासाठी उजवीकडे आणि डावीकडे गँरेज आहे. Guest Room, Dining Room, Living Room आणि किचनची तळमजल्यावर सोय करण्यात आली आहे. वरच्या मजल्यावर चार बेडरूम्स आणि एक Master Bedroom रचण्यात आली आहे. या TWS and Partners च्या कल्पकतेला पुढील प्रवासासाठी हार्दिक शुभेच्छा.
